Biennale Apartments
The two Biennale apartments were recently renovated and are the ideal choice for a vacation in Venice as a couple or with the family in spacious and bright apartments with modern and functional design , just minutes from the Biennale Gardens. An excellent starting point for visiting both the historic centre and the Lido of Venice.
The apartments are finely furnished and overlook a typical Venetian calle. They have a shared entrance and all the best comforts. Each has a living room with a sofa bed and equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, and are an ideal choice for business trips or for groups of friends (maximum 8 people).

Apartment with a small courtyard
1st floor apartment
Located on the first floor, the apartment has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom with bathtub, large living room with a queen size sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchenette equipped with appliances and dishes.
How to reach us
By car
From the toll booth of highways A4 and A27 continue for Venice. Your may park your car in one of the parking lots of Piazzale Roma or Isola del Tronchetto (at the end of Ponte della Libertà on your right) or in Mestre.
Biennale Apartments: from Tronchetto take vaporetto n. 2 to Piazzale Roma. From Piazzale Roma, take vaporetto 5.1 to Lido or 4.1 towards Giudecca and get off at the Giardini/Biennale stop. Or take a water taxi which will bring you directly to the hotel.
By train
Biennale Apartments: from the pier in front of the Santa Lucia Railway Station, take vaporetto 5.1 to Lido or 4.1 towards Giudecca and get off at the Giardini/Biennale stop. Or take a water taxi which will bring you directly to Giardini.
By plane
From the Venice Airport
Biennale Apartments: from the Venice Airport, take the Alilaguna Blu motorboat, get off at Lido and change to vaporetto 1 and get off at Giardini, or take vaporetto 5.2 and get off at the Giardini/Biennale stop. Or take AeroBus n. 5 to Piazzale Roma and from there take vaporetto line 5.1 or 4.1 to Giardini/Biennale.
From the Treviso Airport
Biennale Apartments: take the shuttle for Venezia Piazzale Roma, from here vaporetto 5.1 or 4.1 and get off at Giardini/Biennale.
